JOB SUMMARY:
Manage day to day funtions of office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Represents the bank in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provides prompt, efficient and accurate service in processing transactions and answering questions.
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales/referral goals.
- Maintains a balancing record that is in line with the Bank policy; have the ability to find and correct outages and enlist the help as needed for more difficult errors.
- Maintains a well-developed knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered; taking responsibility to keep up to date and request assistance for further development needs.
- Initiates sales/referrals and be capable of effectively cross selling bank products and services.
- Handle customer problems/concerns with professionalism
- Continues to increase knowledge and skills through self-motivation, formal education, seminars and in house training.
- Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential.
- Maintains security of cash drawer, follows guidelines on cash limits.
- Maintains knowledge and complies with all Bank policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience: Experience preferred but not necessary.
Skills: Ability to perform basic math functions and operate office machines (calculator, computer) ability to present a professional image, good communication skills, work in a team environment, as well as independently, with co-workers and customers.
